Announcing Patient Manager 3.2 with tablet support

Viewer app for tablets and smartphones

Patient Manager and Hospital Manager include a viewer app for tablets and smartphones, which you can use the browse your database.

Announcing Patient Manager 3.1 and Hospital Manager

We’ve taken your feedback and are excited to announce the release of Hospital Manager and the minor update of Patient Manager.

Patient Manager improvements

Version 3.1 includes hundreds of small tweaks and a few major additions. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Permissions. You can fine tune who have access to what features of the program with Group Permissions
  • Billing. We added Medic Percents to compute the income of the medics by a preset formula
  • Extended Patient Documents. With Excel templates and protected Word templates
  • Predefined Templates. You can start using or customize the Predefined Templates for patient documents
  • Rounded out interface. With redesigned editors and viewers like Consultation Editor and Checkins

This release is free  of charge for version 3.0 customers, as all upcoming 3.x versions. You can download and install it from the download page

Hospital Manager released

Hospital Manager is built on top of Patient Manager Advanced, and is addressed to larger clinics and hospitals.

The following are the extra features:

  • Inpatients. You can manage your inpatients with the Room Viewer or schedule them with the Beds Calendar
  • Laboratory. Manage in-house labs sections and their tests with Laboratory
  • Pharmacy. The pharmacists can dispense prescribed medication through the Pharmacy module accessible only to them

Allergies



Patient Allergies

Enter any number of allergies to a patient.

The program will color in red the panel if the patient has allergies.

How to

  • In Patient Dashboard select the Summary or Records tab.
  • In the Allergies panel click the Create Allergy link and start adding a new allergy.


Statistics Beta

Statistics is a newly added feature and it is in beta stage.

You can preview a few statistics on patients’ demographics and billing. New ones will be added in the next releases.

Patient Dashboard improvements

You can drag and drop files from you file system directly on the Patient Documents panel.

The Patient Consultation Editor and Patient Treatment Editor were improved for better usability and better billing integration.


Patient Billing improvements

The billing and it’s integration with the medical records got even easier for you with the latest features.

You can now preview at a glance the financial situation of a patient, the paid amount, the balance and the unpaid items and invoices.

With a single click you can issue an invoice from the already entered billable items (consultations, prescriptions or treatments), or a
payment for the all the issued invoices.
