Receiving Messages
The system reads channel sources in the background, and upon entering the Inbox
If notifications are setup in the channel, you will receive them in the form of simple messages:
The new messages can always be viewed in the Inbox:
Opening a Message
1. Double click on the message in the grid or press Open Message
Assign to Patient
1. Press the Assign to Patient link in order to assign the message and it's content to a certain patient
By assigning, a Patient Document with the content of the message will be created in the patient's account
