Item Serial Numbers
You can set Serial Numbers to lots or individual items, and track them from purchase to delivery.
Set Serial Number in Initial Stock
Go to Prices & Stocks , select an inventory item and press Add Item Stock.
In the opened window you have available besides the default fields, the Serial No. field.
Set Serial Number in Supplier Invoice
Create a new supplier invoice and add and inventory item line as bellow:
View the Serial Numbers of the delivered Items
The serial numbers can be seen in Customer Invoices, Receipts or Bills of Materials.
Bellow is the example in the Customer Invoice. For a saved invoice, select the invoice line with the inventory item on which you want to see the Serial Numbers. Next click the View Movements link.
