Consultation Locking
Each medic can lock owned consultations, so they cannot be edited or deleted as bellow:
The locked consultations cannot be edited by anybody, and you can view them with a special icon under Records->Activities->Consultations:
Locked consultations can be Unlocked by users with permissions to unlock ( by default Administrators and Managers):
Under Administration->Permissions, you can allow other groups to Unlock consultations
