About The Medical Unit viewer

The Medical Unit viewer allows you to visualize and manage the Medics of a Medical Unit. 

The Medical Unit represents the Clinic, Medical Office or Hospital. The name of the Medical Unit will appear on certain Reports. Patient Manager does not enable the management of multiple Medical Units within the same database.

Open the Medical Units viewer by clicking Administration -> Medical Units in the ribbon


Create a New Medic\New User

1. First the User Editor for the new Medic will prompt. Fill in the fields and click Save and Close.

2. Next the Medic Editor for the new Medic will prompt. Fill in the fields and click Save and Close

As a result, a new Medic will be added to the Medical Unit. This Medic will have a User and a Calendar.

Manage Medical Unit staff

1. Here you can add or remove Medics from the Medical Unit.


These operations are available only for users in the Administrators group.
