Values Widget
This widget displays the recorded values for certain patient form fields, in a grid and\or chart
To add this widget follow the steps bellow:
1. In the dashboard press Customize->Add Widgets
2. Next check the Field Values widget and press OK
3. In the added widget press the Select Fields to View link
4. Press Add Field and select the field to view in this widget
