Nurse Notes

Nurse Notes is available under the Patient Chart
It displays patient clinical finding and nurse documents. The purpose of Nurse Notes is to offer nurses a section where they can enter and update patient vital signs, without accessing sensitive patient data, like diagnoses and treatments.
The patient records entered here will be available to the medics and assistants in the Lists or Activities under the Patient Chart
Nurse Notes Documents
Similar to Lab Documents, the nurse notes are Patient Documents with an extra flag . Nurses should check the Is Nurse Note check box as bellow:
Nurse Notes Forms
Additionally to Documents, nurses can enter values as Forms . More on the integration you have at Integration in Nurse Notes
Nurse Notes Permissions
You can enable nurses access to the Nurse Notes module from Administration -> Permissions, as bellow:
