Integration in Nurse Notes
You can find the integration in Patient Chart -> Nurse Notes
Click Nurse Notes -> Add New Form and the system will prompt the selection of the required template, after which you can enter the value in the Form Editor
| Users with only Nurse Notes permissions will have access to use only templates of category Vitals |
The entered values will be visible under Timeline as bellow:
