Backup

Backup is available under Tools

You can backup the database using the Backup command in the Tools tab.

Click Backup. Specify a name for the backup file and click Save. A backup is created in the specified location.

We strongly recommend backing up your database at least once a week, to an external device like a USB drive or network share.

You may consider having copies of the backup at other safe locations
